MedArrive is a platform that connects health plans, healthcare providers, and patients with a trusted network of in-home Field Providers. The Field Providers consist of EMS professionals (EMTs and Paramedics) at the core, in addition to MAs, RNs, Community Health Workers, and other skilled healthcare workers. The MedArrive mobile app is utilized by field providers to access their visit schedules, dispatch to patient homes, track visit statuses, and schedule follow-up visits.

MedArrive's app incorporates purpose-built features designed to facilitate home care:

• Intuitive: A user interface that is streamlined, easy to navigate, and responsive
• Informative: Users receive notifications when visits are assigned to them, containing comprehensive information required for in-home service provision
• Intelligent: The app efficiently dispatches a field provider to a patient's residence through geolocation technology, offering guiding prompts through procedural protocols
